Cream cheese, chocolate chips, vanilla. Can you get better than cookie dough? I submit that you cannot. These are very light, fluffy and don’t have a sharp cream cheese flavor, but rather a traditionally vanilla cookie dough batter flavor. I was so pleased with how these turned out.
Recipe:
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter (the kind that’s only peanuts and salt)
1/3 cup swerve sweetener (erythritol)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz Lilly’s baking chips (stevia sweetened chocolate chips)
Cream everything together in a mixer and then spray a cookie scoop with coconut oil cooking spray. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes before scooping onto parchment paper, then freeze for 30 minutes and store in the refrigerator in plastic baggies.
Left soft I could see dipping fruit in this as a “cookie dough dip.” I hope you enjoy, let me know what you think! Don’t forget to like and share, healthy food is one of the best gifts you can give!

I will definitely be trying these! Also can’t get the idea of low carb, cookie dough ice cream out of my head… might have to try that, too! : ) Thanks for the recipe!

I don’t understand the nutritional fact serving size. Can anyone help? One person made them and said there are 66 calories and less than 1 carb per ball. The nutrition facts have different numbers and I’m not sure how to read the serving size.

Per the nutritional info posted, serving size is 1/20th of the recipe so it should make 20 fat bombs and a serving is 1 fat bombs. 2 carbs, 139 calories, 14g fat per fat bomb. Hope this helps!!!

How many grams of protein? Do you know?

The nutritional info is linked to below article. You’ll see that it’s underlined 😊

As for the other person who said there were 66 calories and less than 1 carb, they may have used different ingreds/brands or they changed the # of servings the recipe made.

I am confused also cause in the app carb manager it says each bomb is 4 net carbs 12.9 fat and 2.2 protein. I scanned all my ingredients. Why is mine coming out to be so many?

OMG. This stuff is dangerous. I’ve made it three times and it never makes it to the cookie sheet. Seriously addictive.

I have never used Swerve and when I looked it up on Amazon there are 2 flavors, which one do I use for this recipe?

Either will work 🙂

Katie, I used the granulated but I’m pretty sure you could use either one…the granulated or the confectioner’s without any problems. I use the confectioner’s (Keto version of powdered sugar) in alot of my fat bombs.

Could I substitute and use monk fruit sweetener ? If so how much would you think?

I just made this and had to “test “ before I put them in the freezer- they will be a great treat to grab when I want something sweet but still be able to stay low carb. Thank you for the recipe!

I just made these and am curious to know if anyone else’s taste strongly of peanut butter? I actually used less than what it called for but it still has a strong pb taste.

I didn’t think the PB taste stood out strongly…I taste the cream cheese more than the PB. But then I’m not a huge cream cheese fan so.. lol It might depend on what kind of PB you are using.

I use almond butter when making most recipes (unless it’s supposed to taste like peanut butter). The almond butter has a very mild taste and doesn’t overpower the food like peanut butter does. I am thoroughly enjoying the taste of these fat bombs – not peanut flavor, just chocolate chip cookie dough awesomeness!!

I had a sweet fail yesterday with some keto pb cookies, so i had low expectations for this recipe, but i was so WRONG! These are so good! I used a little sukrin gold because I’m a sucker for brown sugar, but i am so impressed! I will definitely be keeping a steady stock of these

Did you use the granular sweetner or the confectioners sweetner?

Either one works here 🙂

I’ve never used Swerve. Could I substitute PureVia for it and still have good results?

Absolutely! You’d just use half the amount 👍🏻

I left off the chocolate chips as I bought the wrong ones so they ar basically be peanut butter bombs. Not bad.

I just made these and they are in The fridge resting. Very tasty. I’m new to this WOE but have been craving chocolate. These will help. Thanks.

Can you substitute stevia in the raw? Will it still turn out okay?

You certainly could, but I’d do a fraction of what I have on there for Swerve and taste, adding until you are happy with it 😊

These are so freakin yummy!!! I don’t crave sweets anymore not that I’m in keto mode, but I still make a batch of these every other week :). I put them in an ice cube tray and keep in the fridge and grab one (or two) whenever :). Thank you!!!!

My husband and I LOVE these!!! I make them at least every other week. I have doubled the recipe and stuck them out in the deep freezer. My Keto staple dessert!

I just finished making these for the second time this week. I used almond butter and they are ridiculously good. So good, it will be hard to not eat the whole batch in one day! My non-keto husband also loved them.

I love love these, and have been doing keto for almost 2yrs, and am just now realizing that it’s suppose to equal 20. I have this itty bitty cookie scoop and makes like almost double that. What size cookie scoop should I be using? I’ve done a lot of miscalculating throughout the years.
